Sales Trainee Duties & Responsibilities

The role and function of a Sales Trainee includes the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Adhering to company procedures and learning new systems
  • Attending company training sessions on products or services and completing study assignments
  • Assist customers who are making purchases by providing them with information to help their decision, informing them of sales services and warrantees, and ensuring that the payment procedures are expedited.
  • Processing payments or maintaining customer details
