The role and function of a Retail Sales Associate includes the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Greet customers.

  • Ensure that an accurate record of inventory is kept.
  • Elevate complaints to management.
  • Advertise current specials to customers.
  • Ring up purchases.
  • Keep the storeroom neat and organized.
