Job Title: Business Development Manager - MEP

Job Description
- This position is responsible for the strategic development and growth of the MEP business Units.
- Their priority is to assist the company acquire new customers, products or services and develop the existing ones for the purpose of expanding our clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Market products and services to prospective and existing customers
- Performing cost-benefit analysis of existing and potential customers
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Prepares schedules and sales materials.
- Identify new business opportunities - new markets, new partnerships, new ways to reach existing markets, or service offerings to better meet the needs of existing markets.
- Generate/identify new sales leads and contacts
- Maintain a good working relationship with new contacts
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Planning and preparing presentations using tools such as Powerpoint etc.
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
- Overseeing the development of marketing literature
- Writing reports Providing management with feedback
- Reviews training requirements for subordinates as required encouraging promotion from within when possible.
- Any other task has assigned by management
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum B.Sc, B. Eng or HND certificate in mechanical or electrical engineering.

Job Title: Manager-Renewable Energy

Job Objectives
- This position is responsible for various designs, raise/submit quotations and generate Bill of Quantity for projects
- Their priority is to assist the company work sales and engineering departments to win sales and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements Designs, raise/submit quotations
- Calculating client quotations
- Negotiating tender and contract terms
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
- Offering after-sales support services
- Administering client accounts
- Analysing costs and sales
- Generate Bill of Quantity for projects
- Preparing reports
- Recording and maintaining client contact data
- Co-ordinating sales projects
- Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
- Solving client problems
- Helping in the design of custom-made products
- Providing training and producing support material for the sales team
- Studying a design brief
- Propose possible alternative design solutions
- Travelling to visit potential clients
- Researching whether the design will work and be cost-effective Assessing the usability, environmental impact and safety of a design
- Using computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-assisted engineering (CAE) software to create prototypes
- Collecting and analysing data from tests on prototypes
- Modifying designs and retesting them
- Writing regular progress reports and presenting them to project managers and clients.
