Job Overview

• The HR Officer at Dangote Cement PLC plays a crucial role in managing human resources functions and ensuring a positive workplace environment.
• In this role, you will support various HR initiatives including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• You will also be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll activities, and facilitating employee training and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other work-related issues.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration as needed.
• Organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and files, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Support the performance management process by tracking employee performance reviews and implementing training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• 3-4 years of experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
• Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
