Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Office Assistant supports the daily operations of the office by performing essential administrative and clerical tasks.
  • This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment, assisting with document management, and providing general support to ensure smooth office functionality.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing office documents, forms, and reports as directed by the Administrative Officer.

Office Maintenance:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and assist in reordering as necessary.
  • Ensure office equipmen is functional; report any issues to the Administrative Officer.
  • Assist with setting up meeting rooms and organizing refreshments for office events.

Document and File Management

  • Assist in maintaining physical and digital filing systems, ensuring information is organized and accessible.
  • Organize and archive documents as required for easy retrieval.

General Support:

  • Assist team members with errands, such as photocopying, mailing, and other office-related tasks.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance personnel as directed.
  • Support other departments with minor tasks and projects, ensuring smooth operations across the office.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in an office setting is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
