Job Title: Human Resource Generalist

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive Junior HR Generalist with experience in an outsourced HR environment.
  • The ideal candidate will support a range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and records management.
  • This role requires someone organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling diverse HR responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding Support:Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews.Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.Support the HR team in resolving employee issues and promoting a positive work environment.
  • HR Administration and Compliance:Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy in HR databases.Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies in all HR processes.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accurate records for all employees.Address payroll-related inquiries and provide information on company benefits.
  • Performance Management Support:Aid in coordinating performance reviews and tracking employee development activities.Support managers and employees in the goal-setting and appraisal process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with exposure to outsourced HR services.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, Nigerian labor laws, and compliance.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
