  • Sell insurance policies to potential clients.
  • Help clients select the most appropriate policies for health, life, and properties.
  • Develops base for long-term sources of clients by using referrals, occupational, and special-interest groups to compile lists of prospects.
  • Match insurance policies for clients with the companies that offer the best rates and coverage.
  • Obtain price quotes.
  • Process applications.
  • Utilize the Web to respond to quotes for insurance policies.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients.
  • Answer questions and make changes to existing policies.
  • Provides death benefits by delivering policy proceeds; reassessing client needs.
  • Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Advise clients on how to minimize risk.
  • Maintain sales reports and records of insurance policies.
  • Explains the features of various policies and handles policy renewal
  • Approaches potential clients by utilizing mailings and phone solicitation; making sales presentations to groups at company-sponsored gatherings on the subject of financial well-being.
  • Determines clients' needs and financial situations by scheduling appointments and determining extent of present coverage and investments;

  • Would run the entire operations of the Catering and Decorating business
  • Retail catering is being set up, so it is important the candidate knows about catering
  • Would report directly to the CEO for a while until the person can control without supervision
  • Candidate is expected to help put a structure in place and also manage and oversee the structure
Qualifications
  • HND/B.Sc in relevant field
  • Must be quite experienced in leadership
  • Must be comfortable with using the computer and social media.

  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the company's products & clients via successful completion of required sales training program to effectively manage company’s clients.
  • Manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Collate and keep accurate records on customers and collections through proper documentation.
  • Establish that follow-up actions are taken on:
