Consulting and Biz Solutions Limited is a management and support organization which provides consultancy for SME’s, (start-ups, existing and troubled) with the mandate to put in place structure, identify defects as well as give recommendations on corrective measures to follow in order to ensure a balance between core and sub business activities.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Administrative Officer Location: Lagos
Job Description
  • Assist Administrative Manager in handling administrative operations.
  • Handle and organize office filing systems effectively.
  • Maintain stationery, office equipment and inventories.
  • Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms
  • Cooperate with the rest of the staff
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Assist HR Management in recruitment exercise, such as welcoming interview invitees, setting up conference room etc.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs
Requirement
  • SSCE or ND qualification.
