Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking to hire a Front Desk/Admin Assistant to serve as the welcoming face of their office and provide vital administrative support across multiple departments.
  • This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient office operations, managing office supplies, and supporting organization-wide activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and clients visiting the office.
  • Provide administrative support to all departments as needed.
  • Maintain a positive and efficient work environment to support employee productivity.
  • Manage petty cash accounts, including timely requests for reimbursement.
  • Handle correspondence, including distributing, storing, and responding to inquiries from employees and clients.
  • Keep accurate records of the company’s non-current assets and account for asset depreciation.
  • Follow up on payment approvals with authorized signatories.
  • Maintain supporting documents for expenses and payment vouchers, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage general office administration, including facility and pool management, procurement, and resource allocation.
  • Organize and maintain a filing system for important and confidential documents.
  • Oversee office supplies, track inventory, and arrange for restocking when necessary.
  • Submit requests for new equipment and repairs of existing office equipment.
  • Maintain the company’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings and accommodations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization.

Qualifications

  • OND in Business Administration or related field with relevant work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build good relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Salary
N100,000 monthly (gross).
