We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Finance Officer (Cashier)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Cash Handling and Reconciliation:

  • Accurately process cash inflows and outflows, ensuring 100% accuracy in transaction records.
  • Perform daily cash and bank balance reconciliations.
  • Maintain secure cash handling practices to prevent discrepancies.

Invoice and Payment Processing:

  • Verify invoices and expense claims for accuracy, aiming for 100% error-free processing.
  • Ensure timely processing of invoice payments within stipulated payment terms.
  • Record transactions promptly in the financial system.

Compliance and Auditing:

  • Adhere to internal financial policies and controls, ensuring zero compliance breaches.
  • Assist during internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely information.

Record Keeping and Filing:

  • Maintain accurate and secure filing of financial documents, ensuring zero filing errors.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality and security of financial information, with zero breaches.

Financial Reporting:

  • Assist in preparing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
  • Support the Finance Officer in preparing error-free financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, within [X] days.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Respond promptly to financial queries from other departments, maintaining a 100% response rate within 24 hours.
  • Provide administrative and financial support for ad hoc projects as required by the Finance Manager.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 0 - 2 years work experience.

Salary
N120,000 - N200,000 / month.
