Job Title: Business Development Officer
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Job Description
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Carrying out Inbound and Outbound marketing
- Engaging in market research in order to identify new opportunities for business
- Explaining to potential customers about the various benefits offered by company products and following them up so as to close the business deals
- Responding to queries and complaints from clients as regards the company’s products; this should be done in a timely fashion.
- Developing business proposals for existing and new customers.
- Determine cross-selling opportunities among different offices.
- Expanding the company’s customer base and market share.
Requirements
- Candidate should have at least 3 years marketing and sales experience and ready to work with achievable target.
- B.Sc/HND in Marketing or any discipline.
- Proximity is very key
- Experience in marketing and sales of lubricants will be an added advantage.
Salary
N140,000 (50% of the salary will be prorated as commission and you can even earn above that as commission).
Job Title: Civil Engineer
Location: Port-Harcourt, Rivers
Job Description
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
- Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials
- Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
- Managing parts of construction projects
- Overseeing building work
- Undertaking surveys
- Setting out sites and organizing facilities
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
- Supervising contracted staff
- Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 4 Years
- Age range: 25-35
- Professional Qualification: B.Sc/COREN will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must be willing to travel a lot.

- An eye for detail /Problem solving /Management skills.
Salary
N85, 000 (Negotiable).
