Grand Oak Limited (GOL) is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Production Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Functionally reports to: General Manager-Manufacturing

Purpose of Job 

• To Perform the Roles & Responsibility as Head of Bottling/Packaging.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan production and dispatches on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis according to forecast/budget
• Ensure line efficiencies, wastage control and adherence to Quality Norms
• Adherence and implementation of all applicable statutory compliances for bottling of products
• Facilitate manufacturing excellence and ensuring adherence to all SOPs
• Ensure team management & development
• Facilitate OEE(Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
• Adhere to preventive maintenance plan
• Conduct the annual line budgeting exercise

Job Requirements

• Bachelors of Engineering or related discipline
• Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing practices
• Good understanding of ERP Systems especially SAP.
• 12+ years of working experience within the Bottling/Packaging Industry
• Experience within the manufacturing excellence environment
