We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Office Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Purchase of all office and store outlets supplies
  • Assist HR in onboarding new hires
  • Managing petty cash for office use
  • Process renewals of all expatriate quotas, CEPAC and STR.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office
  • Manage contract and price negotiations wih office vebdors, service providers and office lease

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Business Administration or other related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a structured business environment.
