We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Front Desk & Admin Officer Location: Lagos Job Description

  • We are currently recruiting for the role of Front desk &Admin Officer who will be responsible for handling the front desk reception and administrative duties for the organisation.
Responsibilities As the ideal candidate for the Front desk &Admin Officer, you are responsible for:
  • Welcoming business visitors and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing times
  • Obtaining and issuing of CUG lines to new employees
  • Managing the office telephone lines and handling enquiries from visitors
  • Handling and distributing of incoming mails and dispatch
  • Monitoring the maintenance and cleanup of the facility
  • Supervising the cleaner and the dispatch rider to ensure they perform as expected
  • Managing the provision of office supplies and other administrative items
  • Coordinating the payment of bills for the company
  • Dealing with vendors and service providers.
Requirements, Education and/or Work Experience
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Excel and MS Word
  • Front desk management experience
  • Customer service certifications or training
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Minimum HND or B.Sc Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration or related courses.
    Job Title: Legal Officer Location: Lagos Job Description
  • We are currently recruiting for the role of Legal Officer who will be responsible for providing support in all aspects of the Legal Department such as Legal drafting, advocacy amongst others.
Responsibilities As the ideal candidate for the Legal Officer, you are responsible for:
  • Provide timely and comprehensive legal opinions on the implication of existing and proposed policies in areas including but not limited to employment, contracts, debt recovery, disputes resolution, leases, aviation laws & regulations, marketing e.t.c.
  • Act as a custodian of the incorporation documents and other relevant legal documents of Clients.
  • Support the HOD in efforts geared towards setting the overall philosophy and strategy of the company.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining legal files, doing research and preparing the first draft of documents, contracts etc.
  • Assist in maintaining a digital database of all pending actions or impending legal actions against or by Clients.
  • Draft, review and modify contractual documents to assist and support the business activities of the Clients.
  • Assist generally to ensure that the Legal Department is able to deliver on its process seamlessly.
Requirements, Education and/or Work Experience
  • LLB and BL degrees
  • Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience post call
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Knowledge in Legal Research
  • Advocacy and Negotiation skills.
