Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Oyo
Job Description
- As a manager at Party Station you are responsible for the day-to-day running of store.
- Your main aim is to maximise profits, while minimising cost.
- You will need ensure promotions are run accurately and to the company's standards.
- It is your daily duty to ensure that staffs are all working
towards the target for the day and that excellent customer care
standards are met at all times.
- Your duty as a manager will include and is not restricted to the following areas:
- Customer service;
- Finance;
- Human resources;
- Information technology;
- Logistics;
- Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency;
- Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control;
- Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales;
- Analysing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning;
- Using information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning;
- Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as
- Attending and chairing meetings with higher management;
- Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues;
- Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers and identifying or resolving urgent issues;
- Maintaining awareness of market trends in the party industry,
understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local
competitors are doing;
- Initiating changes to improve the business, e.g. revising
opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local
market;
- Promoting the organisation locally by liaising with local schools, newspapers and the community in general;
- Dealing with sales, as and when required.
- Keeping up to date with the latest movies, cartoons and trends in the party world.
- Providing or organising training and development;
- Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met;
- Resolving health and safety, legal and security issues;
- Responding to customer complaints and comments;
- Organising special promotions, merchandising (displays) and events;
What to Expect
- As a Manager, we will expect you to be flexible with your mobility and be
- ready to travel to any Party Station (nationally) when the need arises.
- Many companies require their managers to be flexible with their
- mobility, however this tends to be done on a regional basis and
- relocation will always be discussed.

Qualifications
We welcome all applicants from different educational backgrounds but would like to see a background in any of the following:
- Accounting and Finance;
- Business Studies;
- Fashion Management;
- Marketing;
- Retail management.

Salary/Bonus
- Depending on skill set and experience (discussed in interview)
- Working hours: 6 days a week
- Hours are dependent on individual stores
- Hours to be extended during busy periods such as Christmas, stock take and stock intak
Job Title: Customer Service Assistant (Part Time)
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- As a customer service assistant at Party Station you are the first point of contact for all customers.
- Your main aim is to interact with all customers (virtual or walk-in).
- It is your daily duty to ensure all orders are processed as soon as they are received.
Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service through personal contact with customers;
- Interacting with and assisting customers with enquiries;
- Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales;
- Responding to customer complaints and comments;
- Keeping up to date with the latest movies, cartoons and trends in the party world.
- Ensures proper labeling and signing
- Ensure you maintain all registers
- Processing all customer orders as soon as they are received;
- Using information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning;
- Assisting in receiving and stocking procedures, and assisting in merchandising procedures;
Qualification
- We welcome all applicants from different educational backgrounds with a minimum qualification of OND.
Skills Required:
- As a customer service assistant, we would expect you to be well spoken, articulate and well mannered.
- Dress code – professional
- The ability to plan and prioritise workloads accordingly;
- The capacity to grasp new concepts quickly;
- The ability to multi-task and work under pressure;
- A desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
- The ability to use the Microsoft package efficiently (particularly MSWord and Excel)

- Salary will be negotiated at interview based on qualifications and experience.
