Job Title: VP, Corporate Finance Advisory
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Transaction Origination, marketing and execution of corporate finance engagements including due diligence, M&A, valuation and restructuring.
- Ensure and if need be, develop new systems, procedures and controls that are adequate for business solutions/ deals.
- Maintain adequate communication of performance and activities to relevant stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate governance responsibilities as well as risk thresholds.
- Ensure the execution of transactions and timely collection of fees
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in Investment Banking, capital raising or M&A
- Qualifications should include either MBA, a Masters in Finance, CFA ICAN or ACCA received from a reputable international university
- Verifiable track record in executing transactions.
- Financial Modeling skills
- Financial Analysis skills
- Valuation skills
- Sound Understanding of the Nigeria Capital Market.

Job Title: Head of Sales
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- Accountable for overall sales organization performance, profitable achievement of sales organization goals, and for aligning sales objectives with firm business strategy;
- Develop, drive and implement the overall Sales distribution and marketing (brand) strategy for the company, develop and execute business plans to achieve budgets across all aspects of the Company’s Sales.
Job Description
- Align the sales organization’s objectives with the firm business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, budgeting and forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting
- Develop and implement the overall distribution strategy for the Company by planning and executing the business plan to achieve targets;
- Provide input into the development and implementation of the company’s marketing (brand) strategy;
- Develop and implement distribution agreements with intermediates, aggregators and alliance partners in the formal and informal sectors;
- Implement elements of the company’s brand strategy to support sales and customer retention;
- Establish the sales units as the key driver of the business with appropriate systems and processes to facilitate increasing contribution to the plan;
- Develop and implement the short, medium and long term plans to achieve sales volumes and profitability of products as set out by Management and the Board;
- Develop and implement a sales performance management framework and actively manage sales performance;
- Develop and implement the training strategy and skills development for the Sales Team
- across all distribution channels;
- Identify profitable aggregators and alliance partnerships to support the execution of the company’s strategy;
- Develop and implement curriculum and systems to motivate, train and develop Retail and Agency staff;
- Develop a robust annual, and 3-year rolling sales and marketing plan with effective budget;
- Develop strategic recommendations and tactical initiatives that support/enhance business objectives for product review and development of bespoke and relevant products and their timely launch;
Job Requirement
- Master degree and/ or relevant professional qualification/ certification. Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).
- Ten (10) to Twelve (12) years’ experience, with relevant experience in Retail/Mass Market Financial Services Sales roles or FMCG.
