Local Content Manager in an Indigenous Specialist Energy Servicing Company
An indigenous Specialist Energy Servicing company that provides integrated services in the Oil and Gas industry is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Local Content Manager
Location: Lagos
Directly Supervises: Local Content Officer
Job Objectives
- Function essentially as business development support, handling Client Account Management, Nigerian Content Development & Monitoring and Digital Marketing Strategist.
Job Responsibilities
- Obtaining and updating client organization charts and identifying key decision makers
- Be able to produce a capture plan after a project is prequalified
- Follow up regularly on pre-qualification adverts and understand, implement requirements
- Liaise with clients in preparing pre-qualification/technical/commercial packages
- Identify areas of improvement in the way we pursue our business.
- Clear understanding of organizational protocol for all companies and Governmental and Non-Governmental Bodies having direct and indirect influence on implementation of client's plans.
- To provide day to day support in collation and interpretation of local data related to the industry that would be required to implement any strategies and plans as deemed fit.
- Build strong clientТs relationships through social media interaction
- Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website emails, social media and blogs)
- Build professional relationship with key personnel in all assigned entities / accounts
- Follow up on a daily basis with all required projects or tendering information with clientТs requirements.
- Coordinate all NCDMB related activities within the Departments/Divisions
- Develop and maintain a professional relationship with key personnel in NCDMB.
- Monitor the recruitment and deployment of local and expat personnel in compliance with NCDMB requirements.
- Provide up-to-date advise on local content requirements to Departments/Divisions
- Issue a monthly sales & marketing report of the industry to management
- Understanding assigned accounts, their business, their strategy and their needs with a clear understanding of the organization protocol for these accounts
Qualifications
- At least 5 years' experience as a Nigerian Content Advisor
- Project Management Certification will be an added advantage
- B.Sc in a Management related course
- Minimum 8 years' experience in the Oil & Gas industry
