Job Title: Recycling Manager - Plastic
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- The incumbent will be responsible for reducing the alarming rate of plastic waste by regrinding and putting into use what is generated, whilst ensuring that the environmental impact is lessened at the same time.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead pitch and make business case on the recycle concept to sustainability teams & intending clients.
- Understands and engage with regulatory agencies on the positive impact of the recycle initiative.
- Develop a protocol to recruit and nurture potential entrepreneurs who can set up franchise outlets for the recycle brand.
- Knowledge of relevant environmental legislation
- Develop and Manage customers/client base.
- Ensures adequate collection of waste bottles to sustain operations at the plant.
- Understand the commercials of recycle materials.
- Manage operations at the plant and oversee collectors (inbound and outbound).
- Ensures the quality of output of the PET project is approved by EFSA
- Ability to demonstrate benefits (from a corporate social responsibility perspective) of aligning with pet recycle initiative to big corporations.
Requirements
Educational & Work Experience:
- HND/B.Sc in Environmental Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years cognate experience in similar role.
- Experience in managing B2B sales at senior level.
- Previous experience in leading start-ups will be an added advantage

Job Title: Civil Engineer
Location: Lagos
Grade / Designation: Operational team
Reports to position / role: Project Manager
Department/ Function: Project management
Key Responsibilities
- Civil Engineer to perform engineering analyses, studies, and develop conceptual designs.
- Develop integrated structural designs and perform supporting calculations for the planned work
- Develop technical procedures and contributes to the development of standards, specifications, construction documents, and guidelines
- Work closely with Civil Engineering department to develop substation foundation and structure drawings
- Prepare technical specifications for structural materials.
- Using different computer tools, perform structural analysis and design of steel frames, connections, concrete members, equipment and piping supports, and foundations.
Requirements
- Overall min of 5 years' experience in the construction and/ or supervision of turnkey substation or handled project of similar nature (must have about relevant 2+ years).
- Minimum of B.Sc / M.Sc
- Must be able to recognize drawings, design, plan and implement with least hand-holding needs
- Must have hands-on experience in similar projects

Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Electrical Engineer exp in High Voltage Substation & Transmission Line.
- Understands Cable Management System including Cable Sizing / Conduit Sizing / Raceway Design ( Duct Banks / Cable Trays ) etc.
- Independently draw / prepare one Line Diagrams / Three Line Diagrams / Phasor Diagram.
- Understand Electrical interconnection drawings & overall general arrangement drawings such that the incumbent can do independent work.
- Has thorough undersanding of Load Flow Study,Short Circuit Study,Grounding / Lightning Study & Arc Resistant Study.
- Has worked with Relay Settings and Coordination,Grounding System,Lightning Protection and Lighting Systems.
Requirements
