Job Description
- The job role involves driving sales, digital marketing and marketing activities within assigned markets for the company.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and ensure targets are met and expand customer base
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Develop and establish strategies for following up with new opportunities
- Generate sales leads and close sales
- Prepare sales proposals and promotional materials to support sales
- Manage customer relationships
- Maintaining target market share
- Prepare sales reports
- Track sales expenditure and efficiency in sales/marketing activities
- Carry out Social media marketing
- Manage course booking
- Liaise with Business Development Manager and CTO on course pricing
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related fields

Job Title: QA / QC Officer

Job Description
- The job role involves maintenance of the quality management system of the organization. Evaluate, advise, draft, implement and monitor organizational procedures and ensure quality standards are maintained by all staff.
Responsibilities
- Implementation of organizational quality management system
- Create quality standards/objectives and procedures in conjunction with departmental heads and monitor these against targets.
- Conduct regular performance monitoring
- Perform internal audits to ensure that quality management systems and organizational procedures are followed and adhered to.
- Manage the organizations document control process
- Identify non-conformities and ensure they are closed out
- Monitor preventive and corrective actions and ensure closeout
- Responsible for Occupational Health and Safety of the workplace
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Business Management or related fields
- Must be computer literate
- Minimum of Two years’ experience in a similar role
- ISO 9001: 2015 certified

Job Description
- The job role involves assisting the Training Administrator with managing the Institute’s training activities.
Responsibilities
- Ensure training facilities/environment is ready for training session
- Liaise with Training Administrator to ensure that all pre-training administrative records are properly maintained
- Liaise with Training Administrator to ensure that all course delivery related documents are properly filled and stored.
- Research and design course content
- Ensure that training performance records are kept and properly filed/stored – Assignments, Exams etc.
- Carry-out trainee/instructor feedback processes
- Development of monthly training reports
- Liaise with training administrator to monitor training progress
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's in a related area
- Must be computer literate
- Minimum of Two years’ training administration experience
