Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits
  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely maintenance of employee records.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
  • Manage employee relations issues and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
