Job Title: UX/UI Designer (Mid-Level)

Location: Lagos (Remote)

Job Description

• We are searching for a talented UX/UI Designer (Mid-Level) to join our growing team and help craft user-centric designs that enhance our products' usability and aesthetics.
• If you have a passion for design and a keen understanding of user experience principles, this remote role offers you the opportunity to collaborate on innovative digital solutions for a global audience.

Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and develop personas that guide design decisions.
• Wireframes & Prototypes: Design intuitive wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with the product's goals and user needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Design Systems: Maintain and enhance the design system to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
• Usability Testing: Run usability tests and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics, ensuring an optimal user experience.

Qualifications

• Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. Additional certifications or courses in UX/UI design are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio of projects showcasing user-centered design and innovative interfaces.

Certifications:

• Optional but Beneficial: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE), Google UX Design Certificate, or Human Factors International (HFI) Certified Usability Analyst.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
• Experience in creating responsive designs across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices for designing inclusive user interfaces.

Salary
N500,000 - N700,000 / Month.
