Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- The candidate would sell a company's products and services to individuals, businesses and government organizations
- Most importantly, the sales executive would approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business
- It would be pertinent for the Sales executive to maintain good relationships with existing clients and gain repeat business wherever possible.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HND.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.

Remuneration
- Base pay plus Commission.
Job Title: Human Resource Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The HR assistant duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database to posting job ads.
- An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
- You’ll also assist in creating policies, processes and documents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
- Handle day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Personnel Management or related field.
- Professional qualification -CIPM
- Relevant work experience in the educational sector, Minimum of 2 years.
- Location: Island Lagos and interested candidates must reside on the Island.
