Job Brief
- We are a leading Nigerian-based renewable energy company that provides a range of technical and advisory services in the Nigerian energy sector. Given emerging opportunities with on- and off-grid PV technology in the Nigerian markets, we have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced graphic designer to join our company.
- The graphic designer will act as our Brand’s voice to impress our customers, reative Graphic designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our organizational needs and to design solutions with high visual impact, cooperate with our designers and sales team to meet online social media marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Take the design “brief” to record requirements and Organizational needs
- Create visual solutions through the use of specialized and latest technologies
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
- Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval
- Work as part of a team with copywriters, digital marketers, sales executives etc
- Brainstorm and mock-up design ideas with a cross-functional team (including artists, web developers, animators, programmers, etc.)
- Design of fliers, handbills, business card, product packaging and catalogue, websites, exhibitions, corporate identity etc.
- Present the framework design/s with a description of the idea meant to be communicated
- Make necessary changes in line with the demand and the project objectives
- Be flexible to make changes as required
- Proofread and check the quality of the graphics work before they go for final printing
- Complete the project successfully through independent as well as team effort
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in any Social Sciences/ Art/ Humanities / Computer Science
- Professional training and certifications is an added advantage.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Highly proficient in all design aspects
- Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
- Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
- Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc)

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- To create and lead the development of digital marketing strategy across all digital channels including Search engine optimization (SEO), affiliates and display.
- Drive monthly lead generation targets through the management of digital marketing spend.
- Ensure daily digital spends are on-pace to budget, managing cost and providing detailed campaign reporting on a weekly basis.
- Come up with new campaign targeting ideas
- Implementing channel campaigns in order to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Application Programming Interface (API) integrations with digital vendors
- Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online
- Very strong Excel and analytical skill
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Manage and maintain the organisation’s website(s): track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize digital user experience
- Extensive experience managing both Costs Per Mille (CPM) and Cost Per Click (CPC) acquisition, retargeting display and paid social campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (Return On Investment and Key Performance Indicators)
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, database marketing, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Integrate all campaigns with our internal tracking systems and make tracking and attribution improvement.
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company brand awareness, connection and engagement.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 2-3 years Proven working experience as marketing communication/brand management experience or Digital Media specialist
- Adequate knowledge and familiarity of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Net Insight, Web Trends etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of HTML, Word Press, Email Campaign systems, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram
- Project management skills
- Analytical and detail oriented
- Able to work on cross-functional teams in both member and leadership roles
- Analytical skills, not only for presenting data but to also summarize findings and propose recommendations for future improvements.

Job Description
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Updating our social media pages, responding to followers and tracking user engagement.
- Achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.
- Promote our services on social networks and generally increase awareness and acceptability of our refreshed brand.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each social media platforms.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing (engaging written and graphic contents) and monitor the effectiveness of the blog and social media platforms
