Job Title: Scrum Master Mentoring Consultant
Location: Lagos
Job Overview
- We are looking for a Scrum Master that will be a guardian of Scrum Team, someone that resolves impediment and have control over the scrum processes.
- This involves coaching team about agile scrum to delivering successful deliverables and make sure that project is working smoothly and the deadlines are been met.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Facilitate his team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team.
- Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.
- Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team.
- Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
- Responsible to conduct retrospective meetings.
- Organizes and facilitates the sprint planning meeting.
- Acts as safeguard for his team.
Qualification and Skills
- Scrum Master certification
- Tech or software experience
- Product management experience is a plus
- Experience working with programmers of across functional development team

Job Overview
- We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our Tech teams. You will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
- Interview candidates combining various methods
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
- Compose job offer letters

- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements

Qualification and Skills

- B.Sc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree

- The Lead Developer will typically act as a mentor for new or lower-level software developers or programmers, as well as for all the members on the development team
