Job Title: Content Creator Assistant

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Reports To: MD

Main Function

  • The content creator shall assist in the writing and publishing of our company’s products and services in web pages and the social media outlets.
  • The ideal candidate should be good in creating digital contents, generate traffic and leads for new businesses.

Role Responsibilities

  • Must be responsible for the preparation of well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
  • Edit and proof read written pieces before publication
  • Research industry related topics.
  • Maintain good updates on websites as the need arises.
  • Assist the team with creative promotional materials.
  • Promote content on social networks and monitor engagements, comments and shares
  • Writing, editing, reviewing, and updating contents for company websites, blogs, marketing materials and similar platforms.

Experience/Qualification

  • A University degree in English Language, Mass communication, Business management and similar/related discipline
  • 1-2 years of cognate experience or related experiences in sales and digital marketing

Competence/Skills:

  • Must have hands-on experience with content marketing
  • Excellent use of graphic designs computer applications
  • Must be passionate, enthusiastic and inquisitive with strong appetite for growth
  • Good time management skills is required
  • Excellent written, editing and oral communications in English language

Behavioural Qualities/ Other Competences:

  • Excellent Leadership and managerial skills
  • Maintaining high level of professionalism and work ethic
  • Research, forecasting and evaluation of the market to ensure what and when to buy the products and services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suites, MS Excel, Word, Power point, etc.
  • Ability to use Photoshop, Corel draw, and graphic design software to create contents
