Job Title: Warehouse/Factory Manager
Location: Abuja
Job Brief
- We are looking for an effective Warehouse/Factory Manager to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
- You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products.
- Manage the employees working in the factory and general facility Management function
- Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
Responsibilities
- Managing warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
- Hire and Train Factory Staff
- Delegate Tasks to Factory Staff as Necessary
- Create and Enforce Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures
- Analysing production data and making strategic recommendations to decision makers
- Maintaining a content and motivated workforce through interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skill
- Work Space / Facility Management
- Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
- Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
- Prepare annual budget
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
- Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
- Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
- Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)

Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Warehouse Management, Business Administration or Logistics, Supply Chain Management.
- 4-6 years Proven working experience as a warehouse/factory manager
- Masters Degree is an extra advantage.
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of warehousing/factory Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
- Leadership skills and ability manage staff
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills.
Job Title: Female Business Development Officer
Location: Abuja
Responsibilities
The business development officer will deal the three primary responsibilities:
- When it comes to the challenge of actually selling, other typical duties include:
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
- Developing quotes and proposals
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
- Training personnel and helping
- Identifying new sales leads
- Pitching products and/or services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include:
- Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

Qualifications
- Minimum of a first degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years working experience in the financial sector in the same capacity
- Masters will be an added advantage
- Must be a resident of Abuja or willing to relocate.
