  • The Business Development Executives identify sales leads,pitch goods or services to new and existing clients and maintian a good working relationships with all clients.
Job Description
  • Research the market, related products and trends.
  • Developing short, medium and long term business development targets,
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
  • Measuring the sales performance vs the goals and defining action plans to increase sales.
  • Attending industry events in order to generate business leads.
  • Track new business development opportunities, utilizing market knowledge and market intelligence tools to identify projects which are aligned to the company’s growth strategy.
  • Establishing customer needs and selling products accordingly. Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations.
  • Bringing in new business for the company through a variety of sales techniques; generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
  • Remain current on sales performance and provide sales reports by providing periodic status reports detailing activity and efforts, as well as win/loss analysis.
Qualifications This position requires significant experiences selling customized, intangible and non-standard solutions, The ideal candidate will have:
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong background in Sales and Business Development, and proven sales performance
  • Full proficiency in English
  • HND or a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or any other related feild.
  • Minimum of 2years of relevant work experience
  • Strong negotiation skills
