W-Holistic Business Solutions is one of the Implementation Partners of a program supporting Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Nigeria. We seek to recruit to fill the below position for a Fashion, Printing and Publishing, Construction, and an ICT firm: Job Title: Marketing / Sales Officer Location: Lagos Responsibilities The responsibilities of the ideal candidate will be to:

  • Generate new business leads, pursue leads and seal the deal.
  • Market and sell products via physical shop, online platform, and outdoor movement, in a persuasive manner to capture the interest of customers and prospective customers, and in some cases, be involved in delivery.
  • Administer questionnaires to gather information on products and services with the consent of the CEO.
  • Develop effective marketing and sales plan.
  • Educate walk in or other customers of the products available, giving them options to select from and helping them make the right choice.
  • Supervise the Sales Rep, and the delivery man, in the industry that has such duties, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Give ideas to the CEO on the store's internal and external appearance, to attract near and far people to the shop. This goes for the online store too.
  • Develop reward programs, special offers, promotions, deals and discount, as directed by the CEO.
  • Meet sales targets set by CEO.
  • Create database of all customers contact information, purchases, and other details, Write proposals and reports.
Minimum Qualification/Requirements
  • HND/B.Sc Marketing and other relevant Social Science disciplines.
  • 2 - 3 years working experience, with at least 2 years relevant experience.
  • Proximity to the location is required; Fashion firm (Ikeja and Surulere), Printing and Publishing firm (Ajah), ICT firm (Yaba), and Manufacturing firm (Ogba).

  • Knowledge of different areas in Lagos, and have passion for traveling
