We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Project Administrator Location: Lagos Purpose

  • To provide Project Management Office support functions from an administrative perspective.
Job Responsibilities Essential duties/key job roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Assist with scheduling of internal or external PMO projects and training.
  • Arrange team meetings, training coordination and logistics.
  • Establish, maintain and archive internal or external PMO customer tracking files, project documents and assets.
  • Development of daily plans; implementation of plans and instructions.
  • Administer and report project compliance for various processes, policies and governance
  • Oversee and perform PMO administrative functions.
  • Assist the PMO Manager with various Project Management office tasks.
  • Manage data, documents and communication between the PMO and internal or external stakeholders to meet SLA reporting requirements.
  • Managing the project administration, producing minutes; preparing reports & presentations.
  • Monitor and report various activities and tracking related to delivery of internal or external projects and keeping the stakeholders informed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors' Degree in and Engineering / Computer Science/ Business
Work Experience:
  • 3 - 5 years in an administrative (Project Management related) field.Previous Project Assistant or Administrative role
  • CAPM
  • Relevant professional certification.
Required Competencies:
  • Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Planning, analysis, problem solving and coordination
  • Organizational skills & time-management abilities.
  • Essential duties/key job roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PMBOK, Prince2)
  • PMO/ project support and administration experience
