We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:     Job Title: Client Service Manager, Consumer Insights - Ivory Coast Job No.: 22349 Location: Lagos Job Type: Regular Travel:  Yes, 25% of the Time Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

  • Work with clients to help them grow by gaining insightful information on the market and customers using an unmatched combination of innovative approaches
  • Handle client queries or complaints
  • Design and plan research projects following client briefing and needs
  • Design questionnaires and methodologies of collecting information
  • Coordinate the execution of projects, inform clients on progress and gives specific instructions to other departments regarding the collection and electronic processing of data/information
  • Present results of study to the clients
  • Prepare client presentations using Analytical process from brief to actionable recommendations
  • Analyze and integrate various data and use such knowledge to support clients’ project plan
  • Solve clients issues; simplify complex problems or issues
  • Proactively resolve clients’ issues by engaging other Nielsen support groups
  • Ability to prioritize against multiple client demands.
  • Some travelling may  be required
  • Identify and recommend enhanced and new services that answer clients’ business needs
  • Undertake sales activities independently in terms of preparation and delivery of proposal and credentials
  • Build and maintain ongoing relationships with clients
  • Lead and grow a team of research executives to actualize projects
  • Responsible for Operating Plan & Revenue Targets of own team
  • Consumer Client Servicing- maintain service standards and score cards on assigned clients/projects.
  • Carry out qualitative and quantitative research for clients in the consumer market space
  • Business development of new and existing clients
  • Coordinate all stages of clients’ project and monitor performance
  • Provide consultation to clients and staff on projects
  • Liaise with relevant units within the business for project actualization
Key Performance Indicators/ Performance Goals
  • Servicing of clients -  contact reports, resolving queries, receiving and querying briefs
  • Preparing presentations to clients
  • Understanding of marketing concepts that enables one to generate market actions from research results
  • Ability to support teams to ensure timely client deliverables
  • Conducting quality checks/reviews on data/presentation decks to eliminate errors
  • Preparing Analytics for internal/external use
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years agency-based research experience preferably with solid experience
  • Must be able to speak French Fluently ( Business Level proficiency)
Education Qualifications
  • University graduate in Business / Marketing / Management / Social Science / Statistics or equivalent
  • A postgraduate or Master's Degree in relevant field will be will be an added advantage
