Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description
- We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy New Business Development Manager to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results
- Client interfacing.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in a relevant role
- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English and Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Job Title: Senior Media Executive
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
- Strategic media planning for accounts and brands
- Uses strategic information/data to plan the media schedules and also negotiates discounts and savings with Media Owners
- Once the media schedule is approved by client, then buying will be implemented for media placements
- Print (tear sheets), Outdoor (site bible), Online (reports), TV and radio (logs) and post campaign report (Telmar) Attend status meetings
- Manage, monitor and ensure that campaigns are running as planned and bought
- Eliminate write-off i.e. use correct rates, place on correct platforms, load finance/billing on time
- Negotiating the best deals possible and monitoring client commitment levels
- Ensuring that rates are correct and loaded onto the billing system accordingly
- Ensuring there are no account queries and investigating and sorting them when they occur
- Negotiate best compensation for incorrect Media placement / bookings
- Dispatch material to Media Owners when required to
- Being accountable for all financial queries
- Liaising with media owners and providing relevant documentation i.e. CI’s
- Evaluating booked media and providing post campaign information
- Develop a strong understanding of their clients brands and business
- Maintain good relationship with media owners and monitoring agencies
- Stay abreast of market trends, research new media platforms/mediums.
