Job Description

  • We are seeking a motivated and professional Call Centre Agent with a strong command of the English language and an excellent accent to join our dynamic team.
  • This remote role involves engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and meeting service targets.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about services.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Accurately record call details, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on recurring issues or customer concerns.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on company offerings and customer service techniques.

Service Targets:

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.
  • Promote services effectively to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

  • Strong command of the English language with a clear, pleasant accent.
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a call centre role (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software.
  • A personal laptop is mandatory to qualify for this role.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for handling calls.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Benefits

  • Salary: N80,000/month
  • Bonus: N20,000 - N50,000 (Performance-based)
