Job Details
- We seek to recruit Personal Assistant To MD who will be responsible for providing a resourceful and responsive administrative, organizational support to the Managing Director by , helping him to prioritize his time, scheduling meetings, appointments and other itinerary as assigned
- Organize weekly diary meetings with the MD to discuss imminent engagements, invitations and other requests.
- Organizing meetings and appointments
- Booking and arranging travel ,transport and accommodation

- Reminding MD on important task/deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.

Job Details
- Oversee the review, examination and approval/disapproval of complex and diversified engineering data such as plan designing, specifications, contracts, bids, etc. for a section of a department by analyzing technical documents for conformance to applicable rules, regulations, codes, laws, policies or procedures.
- Conduct studies and surveys by assembling and evaluating engineering data for the development and maintenance of construction and other projects or programs.
