Job Title: Executive Recruiter

Job Summary

  • As an Executive Recruiter you will report to the Group Head of Executive Search.
  • The role combines sourcing strategy and hands on delivery of end to end executive search assignments.

Responsibilities

  •  Deliver end-to-end external Executive Scouting and Hiring across functions for the top layers of our organization. This is the 1% of our company.
  • Partner with Business Leaders across the Organization (e.g. General Managers) and People & Culture Regional and Business Unit Directors.
  • “One team” mentality and close collaboration with all areas of our Talent team, HR and Business leaders.
  • Vendor management when required (Search, Research Firms).
  • Delivery of other Strategic Talent Resourcing projects related to market and talent insights.
  • Recommendation of sourcing strategy. E.g. direct vs. executive search partners.
  • Stakeholder and Candidate management, ensuring a top-quality service and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering Executive hires in local and international businesses. Experience in either an International Top Executive Search Firm or in a publicly traded Company, as an Executive Recruiter
  • Very high level of written and spoken English is mandatory. Ability to communicate in an articulate and professional manner.
  • Experienced delivering superior stakeholder experience and top-quality service.
  • Skilled in senior stakeholder management and influencing, used to working with Senior leaders
  • Experienced and comfortable working remotely and in virtual teams.
  • High level MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • FMCG industry experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Business acumen together with solid understanding of HR functions and practices.
  • Project management skills. Proven ability to manage Executive Search/Senior Recruitment projects end-to-end.
