Brightstar Integral Technology Solution requires the services of a qualified candidate to fill the position below:     Job Title: Technical Customer Satisfaction Associate Location: Lagos Key Responsibilities

  • Create logs to document testing phases and defects and Report bugs and errors to development teams
  • Help troubleshoot issues
  • Perform Testing which includes stress testing, performance testing, functional testing, scalability testing and quality assurance
  • Requirements organization which includes eliciting requirements from clients and translating to Backend Team as well as Translating and simplifying requirements
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Manage Client UAT sessions and perform customer management
  • Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project
  • Effectively manages team members, including technicians and advisors, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out
  • Assists with or performs administrative tasks
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Manage Client UAT sessions and perform customer management
  • Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project
  • Effectively manages team members, including technicians and advisors, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out
  • Assists with or performs administrative tasks

  • Vendor Management Skills.
  • The Proposed candidate will have:
  • A good understanding of software development
  • Excellent writing skills (for documenting the process)
