We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: HR Assistant - Eastern Premier Feed Mill

Location: Calabar, Cross River

The Purpose of the Job

  • Perform administrative activities, providing clerical support to the HR Advisor and assisting with employee enquires, recruitment and record keeping for payroll processing.

The Duties

  • Daily verification and computation of third-party overtime.
  • Mandatory submission of already computed overtime on or before close of business; 5th of the new month.
  • Monthly preparation and computation of third-party headcount.
  • Writing and developing minutes of departmental meetings.
  • Assist HR in monthly preparation/update of project links.
  • Management of the Admin store for inventory control and accuracy.
  • Computation of overtime based on individual clocking report.
  • Daily clocking report for absenteeism and lateness to the HR Advisor.
  • Proper documentation and filling of documents.
  • Assist in raising items on ERP.
  • Assist in other assignment in the HR department.

Qualifications

  • 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English in not more than 2 sittings/NABTEB/ Trade test.
  • OND in any related field.

Experience:

  • 2 years’ cognate experience.

The Person Must:

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to investigate and track efficiency, effectiveness, timeliness, compliance, behaviors, project performance and resource utilization.
  • Good knowledge of office applications.
