Job Title: Team Lead, Client Success Professional (Market Entry)
Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing and driving the implementation of business development, marketing and sales activities for the business
  • Researching and generating periodic reports on Industry and market trends
  • Attend value-adding conferences and meetings to develop and build relationships with all relevant stakeholders and partners
  • Provide advisory services about local and regional laws and regulations to clients to aid their decision-making process with regards to market entry and HR deployment plans
  • Provide end to end HR and admin related services (recruitment, payroll management, HMO services etc) to clients and associate staff (employees managed)
  • Develop and execute employee welfare, engagement/learning & development initiatives
  • Providing end to end immigration support ( processing of travel visa, hotel bookings, accommodation, ticket purchases) to client / associate staff
  • Develop, execute plans and ensure achievement of financial targets (growth in revenue, profitability and numbers of employees) set for each period
  • Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with Global and African HR and other strategic partners and other relevant stakeholders
  • Ensuring client support services are provided in an accurate and timely fashion by overseeing and managing all PEO and market entry related activities
  • Advising and proffering solutions on how to strategically solve problems and prioritise client needs
  • Engage clients regularly to receive requests for recruitment, deployment of staff, and admin related requests
  • Actively cross-sell and upsell to clients for business growth and continuity
  • Ensure requests are delivered at the defined level of quality and timeline to clients
  • Ensure provision of accurate and timely reports to clients on projects being executed
  • Liaise with all relevant units and stakeholders for the successful execution of client projects
  • Identify, develop, manage and maintain strong relationships with vendors and other relevant local partners
  • Conduct periodic risk assessment and mitigation activities
  • Conduct periodic business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with the company’s products and services
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and other reports on activities and projects for management review
  • Report any issues or glitches that require management attention and or intervention
  • Motivate team members to achieve organizational goals
  • Ensuring the training and development of team members
  • Proffer and execute business process improvement initiatives in processes for executing clients requests

  • Schedule meetings for management staff to meet with clients for business continuity and reviews
  • Ensure the welfare of associate staff and timely resolution of any complaints from the staff
  • Ensure compliance with SLA in executing all the clients’ requests, projects and employee activities
  • Perform other related duties as required or as assigned.
