Job Title: Senior Sales Manager
Location: Lagos

Description

  • Sujimoto Group is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. This person will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Participate in recruiting process, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Perform Comprehensive Market Analysis to generate information on competitive positioning, current trends, and comparable sales and target market. 
  • Identify and manage prospective clients
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sale.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Build and maintain competitive knowledge of the Africa real estate market and demonstrate deep local market knowledge of the sector in Nigeria.

Requirement and Skills

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related courses.
  • Minimum of Seven (7) years work experience in Real Estate Sales and at least Five (5) years of Luxury Real Estate Sales.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Excellent Presentation Skills.
  • Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Creativity skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
