Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development individualto join our team in Lagos.
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market reach.
  • You will be the face of our company, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate and close deals that benefit both our company and our clients.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
  • Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements
