Responsibilities
- Arrange and confirm appointments.
- Organize internal and external events.
- Handle incoming mail and other material.
- Maintain company’s databases.
- Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information.
- Liaison with internal and external contacts.
- Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements.
- Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Implement and maintain office systems.
- Maintain schedules and calendars.
Requirements
- Very conversant with MS Office packages.
- Must be smart and very resourceful.

- HND / B.Sc in a relevant course of study

Job Title: Direct Sales Agent (DSA)

Job Description
- As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for opening and managing new accounts.
Responsibilities
- Identify and understand the need of the Customer.
- Ensure Customer profile falls within focus segment i.e. Blue, Silver or SME.
- Sell the Banks Products proactively to new/prospective customers.
- Obtain relevant documents on all Bank products sold, e.g. identity document, business registration documents etc.
- Ensure timely submission of weekly sales activity reports to Direct Sales Manager.
- Participate in weekly/monthly sales performance review meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, budget achievements and cross-sell referrals.
- Cross-sell opportunities identified should be referred to the Direct Sales Manager.
- Ensure accuracy of all bank forms and documents executed by the Customer.
- Ensure timely processing of all initiated Customer transactions, with specific emphasis on account opening and cheque book issuance.
- Update call memo on a daily basis.
- Ensure assigned sales target and budgets are met.
- Participate in tactical sales/marketing activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Not more than 32years Old.
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
Job Title: Contact Centre Agent
Location: Lagos
Summary
- We are currently recruiting Contact Center Agents for a reputable bank
- He/She will be the liaison between the bank and its current and potential customers
- He/She will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. in any discipline.

Job Title: Van Sales Representative
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- Maintain relationship with previous, present and potential Customers to promote the company’s product within a geographical location or region.
- Identify and create new business relationships, ensure personal sales target are met, and proffer solution to customer’s problem.
- Provide information about the company’s product to nurses, doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and other stakeholders within the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure personal sales is achieved
- Receives periodic training from more experienced professionals
- Participates in projects such as product promotions, attending and organizing exhibitions, conferences, meetings, new product launches, and new marketing initiatives.
- Presenting products to healthcare staffs, including doctors, nurses and pharmacists with the aim of providing information about the company’s products and promote its usage.
- Liaise with Distributors and wholesalers so as to ensure that is constant availability of the product in the market
- Write frequent report on company and competitors performance within the market.
Job Requirements
- University Degree in any field
- Proven successful working experience as a Medical Representative
- Valid Driver’s license and proven driving experience
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English spoken and written
- Good Interpersonal skill
- High Degree of self-motivation, ability to work independently
- Highly self-organized
- Good computer skills in MS Windows and Office
