Job Title: Sales Executive
Location:Lagos
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy:
- research the market to identify new business opportunities
- develop business proposals for new and existing customers
- determine cross-selling opportunities among different services and clients
- develop creative strategies to retain clients and incorporate it into business growth plan
- carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness
- participates in strategic management meetings weekly/monthly
- Report writing
- Providing management with feedback
Sales Activity:
- Organising and attending promotional sales events and exhibitions
- Follow up on the different marketing channels
- develop strong customer relationships
- generate high volume of prospective clients
- Updating Customer Relations Management (CRM) by maintaining positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
- Planning, preparing and delivery of presentations to enquiries, clients and management
- Defining and implementing processes, procedures and documents for Sales
- SELLING offices and other services, by facilitating cold and warm calls to prospective leads
- Source for and work on customer referrals and converting leads to customers
- respond to clients queries regarding the services in a timely fashion
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
- Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for business manager review
- Meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Adequate reporting of all sales activities.
- Other duties as assigned
- contributing to and developing long-term sales plans and strategies
- assisting in the delivery of approved strategies
- Participates in the activities of the assigned unit at all functional levels as needed, and may temporarily perform the duties of a team-member in an emergency, or while the team-member is on leave
- Performs related duties as required
Accountabilities:
- Liaising with executive management and leading the company strategy
- Implementing strategy plans across both sales and cost control functions
- Analysis of Sales /market activity and trends
- Identify and exploit potential business opportunities
- Maintain customer relationships and develop new business
- Knowledge of industry to aid development of company business plan

Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in related fields or equivalent experience
- Proven performance in a Sales/ Business Development role with track record of achievements.
- Sound understanding of the principles and cycles of sales management
- Demonstrated ability to interact and consult effectively with superiors, subordinates, clients and partners
- Outstanding communication, teaming and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
