Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • As a Sales Executive, you should act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the process from beginning to the end.
  • Ultimately, we expect one to contribute maximum to increase / contribute in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure budget and time requirements are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and products.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.
  • Manage key accounts.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients.
  • Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements.
  • Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner.
  • Identify new potential customers.
  • Supervise sales account representatives.

Skills & Specifications
Candidates would be required to have the following skills and specifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in any field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Be adaptable.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Have good people skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
  • Have good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have the ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Be able to work under pressure.
