Job Title: Head of Sales and Marketing
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking for a Head of Sales and marketing whose primary responsibility will be to drive sales and increase company revenue.
- She/he will be responsible for leading the sales department, overseeing activities of the junior and senior sales engineers and monitoring performance as a whole.
- He/she will define and communicate the business’s KPIs and targets to junior and senior sales personnel on a regular basis, analyze patterns in consumer and market behavior, and subsequently define data-driven action strategies in order to consistently optimize the business’s commercial performance.
Objectives and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services;
- Develop and manage sales/marketing operating budgets;
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
- Co-coordinating sales projects
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
- Ensure effective control of marketing results, and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets;
- Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions;
- Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities;
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partner
- Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects
- Guide preparation of sales and marketing activity reports and present to executive management;
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
- Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly;
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, (M.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related filed).
- Minimum of 5 - 8 years of working experience in a sales position in Manufacturing Industry preferably working in the position of a Senior Sales Manager;
- A solid technical background
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills
- Excellent selling, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven record in sales;
- Extensive customer network - preferred but not compulsory;
- Age: Between 35-50 years old.
Job Title: AutoCAD/Design Engineer
Location: Ondo
Job Description
- A reputable engineering company with headquarters in Lagos and factory in Ondo State seeks a suitable qualified candidate to fill the position of AutoCAD Drafter.
- The role is based in Owo, Ondo State. The ideal candidate must be willing to reside in Owo and should have family ties in Ondo State or environs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare layout drawings of the given structures, components and devices;
- Produce draft designs and diagrams according to the given specifications;
- Assist and coordinate with designers and engineers;
- Prepare drawings for sheet metal components;
- Prepare drawings and diagrams for electrical devices and installations;
- Calculate dimensions and allowances with accurate precision;
- Collaborate with designers, constructors and engineers on projects;
- Compile data and specifications sheets;
- Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements;
- Accommodate safety procedures and issues in installation and construction drawings.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Convening and servicing annual general meetings (AGM)/meetings (producing agendas, taking minutes; conveying decisions etc.)

Job Summary
- Actively engaged and assisting in providing Corporate & Commercial advisory services, negotiation and contract management, client management, networking and business development.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Meet with clients and cultivate a strong client / lawyer relationship.
- Understand and interpret Capital Market Rules, Codes and Regulations. Advice on Project and Asset finance transactions as well as Capital Market transactions.
- Draft, review, negotiate and interpret complex commercial agreements in support of a broad spectrum of business initiatives with the supervision of Senior Associate or Managing Partner.
- Actively engage in transactional, joint venture and M&A due diligence reviews, document preparation and negotiations, ensuring compliance with applicable national and international laws and regulations.
- Proffer legal opinions and draft agreements with little supervision, draft and review loan and security documentation.
- Participate in transactions structured meetings to meet client needs and provide timely responses to client inquiries.
- Maintain an active network of Industry contacts, including within clients, trade associations, regulators and public authorities. Creating relations of trust.
- Drafting scholarly legal articles on current business issues.
- Attend meetings as delegated by the Managing Partner, Head of Corporate Commercial or Senior Associate.
- Ensures billing responsibilities are discharged properly and in a timely manner
- Provide mentorship to juniors and work as a team with other Associates.
- Fulfill other responsibilities as delegated or assigned by the Managing Partner and Senior Associate.
Requirements
- A degree in Law with a minimum of Second Class lower division in both University and Law School.
- Minimum of 5-8years experience in active practice.
- Masters added advantage.
