Job Title: Graduate Trainee - Junior Finance Officer
Location: Lagos
About the Program
- The Graduate Trainee Program is aimed at developing a talent pipeline of future leaders in Nigeria. The scheme will offer trainees a unique platform to build a foundation for leadership opportunities.
- Selected candidates will undergo a 12 months training program during which they will be exposed to; Training, Cross Functional/Business Stints, Case study Assignments, and Live Projects. They will also undergo periodic reviews where each individual’s performance and attitude will be carefully monitored.
- At the end of the 12 months training, a final review of key learnings and overall training experience will be carried out by the senior management team.
Requirements
- Must have a passion for numbers, both balancing & growth.
- A university degree with a minimum of a second class lower division (2:2) for BSc. Holders or its equivalent Lower Credit for HND Holders as at the time of submitting the application (at first degree)- BSc. & HND Holders
- Minimum of 5 O’ level credits (including Mathematics & English) at ONE sitting
- Must be about to complete or have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme
- Good interpersonal skills, team player, highly adaptable and able to work under stress.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Highly computer literate (proficient in the use of MS Excel)
Job Title: Graduate Trainee - Administration
Location: Lagos
The Graduate Program
- The Graduate Trainee Program is aimed at developing a talent pipeline of future leaders in Nigeria. The scheme will offer trainees a unique platform to build a foundation for leadership opportunities.

Job Description
- Ability to review both short and comprehensive Contracts relating to HR functions.
- Ability to interpret Legal terms
- Ability to simplify ambiguous statement without losing its original meaning
- Experience on Labour Law Act
- Employee Disengagement process guide
- Other HR functions as may be required.
Requirements
- As the chosen candidate, you will be thorough in your work, dynamic and completely trustworthy.

Job Description
- Manage operations of the audit department to ensure achievement of set objectives and goals
- Reviewing and advising the management on reliability, adequacy, efficiency, the effectiveness of internal control.
- Overseeing and ensuring the preparation of timely Audit reports to the Board
- Audit Committee and provide progress reports regarding action taken by management.
- Conduct Audits in accordance with the approved internal audit plan.
- Determining process and procedures are adequate to prevent and detect fraud, suppression, theft or misappropriation of funds.
- Carrying out constant checks to ensure adherence to internal control policies and procedure on segregation of duties.

- HND/B.Sc in Accounting, Management, Banking and Finance or related disciplines.
