Job Title: Real Estate Research Analyst
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- Create compelling visual communications, integrating the company's proprietary research data, for the purposes of business development, external distribution, and client requests.
- Collate, analyse and present real estate trends and information for client support, report production and internal analysis.
- Contribute and participate in the production of the company's Special reports discussing topical African real estate issues.
- Analyse market data, macro and micro economic trends and other indices to provide holistic performance of real estate in the mixed asset portfolio context.
- Evaluate performance of listed real estate and construction companies,etc
- Ensure data excellence within our proprietary database, and regularly audit and refine datasets
- Support Strategy Consulting and Advisory projects using problem solving and critical thinking skills to come up with innovation solutions for clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with market professionals to support data collection efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics or related field desirable but not required.
- 0-2 years' work experience
- Ability to multi-task, succeed under pressure and effectively manage time and workload.
- Command of requisite technology including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and database systems.
- Strong organizational, data collection, validation and auditing skills.
Job Title: Business Development Professional
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, develop and implement short and long-term opportunities to grow and generate incremental revenue.
- Lead the company's new business efforts including but not limited to pipeline sourcing and management, presentation development and meeting preparation, and follow up deliverables.
- Collaborate with multiple partners to develop presentations for prospective and current clients, as well as for senior management.
- Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
- Stay current on how our Media business is evolving; maintain excellent knowledge of the marketplace and future trends.
- Provide deep thinking and content on top business issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 2-4 years' work experience
- Ability to multi-task, succeed under pressure and effectively manage time and workload.
- Command of requisite technology including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and database systems.
- Strong negotiation skills
