Job Title: Head of Sales & Marketing (GM)
Location: Abuja
Job Summary
- The Head of Sales and Marketing is directly responsible for developing and implementing business development initiatives that will deliver the strategic sales priorities of the business. You will be responsible for developing sales targets and driving same with your team, and ensure that periodic targets are achieved as expected.
- You will also be responsible for all marketing and brand management activities including digital marketing initiatives.
- You will also be responsible for building and leading a formidable team of sales professionals who will be properly motivated to deliver the sales ambitions of the business.
Criteria
- Must have at least three years’ experience in a regional sales managerial role.
- B.Sc. in any discipline, preferably social sciences.
- Have sound cognate experience in target setting, brand management, territory mapping, customer management, have a strong bias for action, and be able to show demonstrable skills in team building and leadership, sales operations, and team spirit.
- Ability to multitask
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Must reside in Abuja
Job Title: Head of Media (GM)
Location: Abuja
Job Summary
- The Head of Media is responsible for delivering the strategic objectives of our organisation with respect to business development, brand management, equipment procurement and maintenance, customer engagement, and talent acquisition and retention.
- You will be directly responsible for production and proliferation of engaging and captivating media content, as well as ensuring that all media production output is done at the highest quality possible.
- You will be need to have technical knowledge about media and studio equipment, including their handling.
- You will also develop a Roadmap for Success that will cater to all aspects of the Media sub-unit
Requirements
- Must have at least 6 years’ experience in a managerial role.
- B.Sc. in any discipline. Masters is an added advantage.
- Prior experience working in the audio-visual, sound or lighting business is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Must reside in Abuja
- Attention to detail is a must.
Job Title: Technical Director (GM)
Location: Abuja
Job Summary
- The Technical Director is responsible for ensuring that all technical requirements of the Media sub-unit are identified and provided.
- Maintenance of all hardware and software is the direct purview of the Technical Director, regardless of scale.
- You will oversee the acquisition and implementation of useful technologies as well as the creation of top quality media production items such as adverts, documentaries, etc.
Criteria
- Must have at least 6 years' experience in a managerial role.
- B.Sc. in any discipline
- Have sound cognate experience in operation and management of all media, audio-visual and technical/electrical equipment and processes.
- Prior experience working in the audio-visual, sound or lighting business is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Must reside in Abuja
- Attention to detail is a must.
