  • We seek a Business Development Officer who is to work with the Business Relations Manager to reach and establish relationships with high-level decision makers in the oil and gas market to develop and obtain long lasting business projects.
  • The job holder is required to monitor product volumes and ensure continuity in sales.
Responsibilities Relationship Management:
  • Assist to manage contracts with Government Agencies, Oil trading companies, and Industry Stakeholders
  • Maintain strategic relationships to ensure the delivery of both short-term and long-term value
  • Manage relationships with existing stakeholders and develop relationships with new stakeholders of the business
  • Gain industrial customers
  • Occasionally work with the sales and marketing team as the need arises
  • Assist the Business Relations Manager in representing the organization by attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction in all dealings with stakeholders and counterparties
Operations Management:
  • Monitor the availability of product volumes and ensure timely supply to Operations and Sales team
  • Facilitate the flow of operational information to ensure effective execution of contracts
  • Monitors duration of all contracts and ensures renewals are in place before the expiration
  • Track and report status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments
  • Carry out market research as required and provide ongoing support to clients
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory procedures
  • Evaluate new opportunities for additional revenue from new and existing clients by analyzing requirements, the potential for revenue growth and evaluating options whilst maintaining company priorities
Requirements Educational Qualification:
  • A first Degree (minimum of second class lower)
  • Masters' Degree will be an advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience with a proven business development track record.

    Job Title: Procurement Officer Location: Lagos Job Description They are looking to recruit a Procurement Officer who will perform the following duties:
  • To follow up Vendors/Service engineers' mobilization schedule in accordance with SHI-MCI's request.
  • The arrangement of Service Engineer accommodations & movement.
  • Update embarking plan. PTS form and Visa status
  • Review vendors invoice and process for payment.
  • Manage purchase for vendor
  • Follow up material delivery and punch clarification
  • Follow material delivery and punch clarification.
  • Request punch details from QM.
  • Follow up shipping schedules, documentation, and material readiness with the delivery schedule as well as customs clearance monitoring.
  • Update document for CPI's regular procurement meeting
  • Any other related tasks as advised.
Requirements

  • Must have at most 2yrs relevant experience

  • The Production Manager is responsible for the day to day coordination of the Production of lubricants ensuring Lubricants are manufactured to product standards, continuously monitor of all equipment attached to the unit to minimize down time, and oversee the transfers in and out of finished bulk products.
Specific Duties/Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed production program bi-monthly and monitor Implementation on daily basis to meet specific warehouses request.
  • Monitor and ensure adequate stock of packaging/raw materials are available to meet the set production targets.
  • Coordinate operations activities in our selected plant : Production Planning (blending and filling), warehousing, and equipment maintenance.
  • Supervise the activities of Blending, Filling, Packaging and labeling staff.
  • Liaise with laboratory/QA unit to ensure that products meet specification.
  • Ensure compliance of production operations with the company’s EHSQ Standard.
  • Engage in Stock and Production batch materials reconciliation.
KPIs:
  • Achieve blending and filling variances not exceeding 0.2% (0.5%) to minimize losses.
  • Effective planning and coordination of the daily/bi-monthly production program and warehouse dispatch program.
  • Achievement of set target for production volume.
  • High product quality index.
  • Excellent machine utilization.
  • Improved house keeping.

Qualifications & Experience
  • A good university degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 4-6 years post graduation and 2- 3 years working experience in Lubricant business and/or plant management.
