Job Title: Program Coordinator (Market Access)
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Program Coordinator (PC), Market Access will be responsible for the promotion and establishment of market access for indigenous prints produced by graduates of the Foundation’s EWARE program; and delivery of other programs of the Foundation
- Responsibilities under the market access program will include liaising, negotiating and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders in support of growing the market for Adara prints, and overseeing an efficient and on-time production process
- The PC will be expected to map all key players in indigenous textile artisan industry, keep abreast of developments in the field, and identify and respond to emerging opportunities
- The position will report to the foundation lead
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and drive market access for all Adara products to optimize their commercial potential
- Work closely with Founder to develop and optimize business opportunities in country and internationally
- Contribute to the development of an effective order and production management system
- Project manage collaborations with designers and other third parties
- Serve as key contact for all clients and third parties on matters related to access to market
- Conduct landscape mapping and analysis that can help promote healthy markets
- Keep abreast of market access issues as it affects key partners and stakeholders along the indigenous textiles supply chain
- Ensure all market access activities, while supporting the overall commercial objective, are in compliance with Adara’s goal of improved livelihoods for women and ethical practices
- Manage program and production implementation schedules for adherence or adjustments where necessary o Manage program expenditure and ensure cost control as part of overall program management
- Coordinate and participate in planning and status meetings
- Prepare periodic program reports
- Identify and secure sponsorships and grants for programs and events when applicable
- Perform a variety of other related duties as required and assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Two or more years working experience
- Must be Microsoft office proficient

Job Title: Program Coordinator (Trade Credit)
Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Details
- The Project Coordinator (PC) will be primarily responsible for providing planning, logistical and delivery support for Adara Foundation's Trade Credit program, and other projects as assigned. Reporting to the Foundation lead, the PC will work to ensure successful and timely delivery of expected project outcomes and serve as the key liaison between the Foundation, partners and donors. The PC will also participate in activities related to other projects and operations of the Foundation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules and expenditures
- Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Maintain detailed records on project participants and personnel
- Conduct verification on program applicants
- Ensure project adherence to framework and all documentation is maintained appropriately
- Serve as key liaison between the Foundation, partners and donors and consistently communicate project status to key stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain project records
- Liaise with key project stakeholders to ensure core objectives are met
- Ensure systematic collection of project data for analysis and reporting
- Prepare timely progress project reports, and
- Undertake other tasks and duties related to other projects and operations of the Foundation as required
