- Make company presentation. Exchange ideas with the clients.
- Propose creative ideas.
- Finalize the requirement and costing.
- Receive LPO, get sample approved and process the order.
- Ensure timely delivery.
Job Description
- Responsible for Lead Generation & Opening New Accounts.
- Ability of prospecting for new promotional gifting business from target companies.
- Convert Above Leads to Active & Regular Business With Each Account
- Understand their Monthly Requirement
- Understand Our Competition: Difference in Product, Price & Other Service Offerings
- Maximize Business with each Customer
- Expected to build a strong healthy pipeline of prospective opportunities for regular business.
- Expected to build and manage strong commercial relationships at all levels in addition to developing sales.
- Key Account Manager for the target companies in relation to promotions and gifting only.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Total experience of 3-5 years, with good market knowledge preferably in Promotions & Gifting business.
- Prefer person working in B2B sector or marketing agency.
- Strong networking capabilities
- Strategic /persuasive approach to sales

Job Title: Sales Manager - Warehouse Solutions
Location: Nationwide
Job Description
- Provide hands-on consultancy / solutions service to clients before and during projects to ensure a competitive edge in all tenders
- Download the requirements along with measurements to the designing team to get the auto cad and 3d drawings.
- Propose the solution to the client along with the drawings and commercials and convince for signoff by providing realistic timelines.
- Ensure all the payment plan is agreed and constant follow up with the client for timely payment.
- Ensuring the goods are available and project is executed by the installation teams by the agreed timelines.
- Manage all sales activities, working closely with the designing and installation teams to deliver solutions to the market.
- New product development within the same segment.
- Take lead in strategising the warehouse solutions business with future growth potential.
- Expected to build a strong healthy pipeline of prospective opportunities for regular business.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Total experience of 3 - 5 years, with good market knowledge preferably in racking solutions
- Must know and understand the products - to include racking systems, automation and WMS – either from the supplier or user side.
- Must be familiar with warehouse operations and in particular have experience of projects to implement systems & equipment for managing storage and product flows
- Should understand the Supply Chain & Logistics industry and be abreast of current issues particularly regarding trends in warehousing & storage

Job Scope
- Create a robust business plan for the division aimed at increasing sales revenues
- Identify new clients through a well thought out sales and business development strategy
- Adopt a consultative approach and recommend creative and alternative solutions to clients
- Recruit, guide and train the supermarket solutions sales team
- Negotiate and sign clearly defined techno-commercial contracts with clients
- Ensure consistent availability of all products and items required for timely execution
- Internal coordination with:
- Design department to ensure all technical drawings are accurate and on time
- Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries of materials to site
- Technical department to ensure projects get executed and completed on time
- Innovate to develop new products and solutions for the segment
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing or related field. MBA/BE (Mech) an advantage
- Technical skills: Ability to read AutoCAD drawings
- Experience: 3-5 years in merchandising / supermarket solutions selling and project execution
