Job Title: Tools SME/Engineer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Assisting availability manager to meet the aims of availability
management. This includes responsibilities such as: Analyzing and
defining new/changed services for Service Availability; Identifying and
documenting major/potential impacts; Cross checking with UCs to
establish negotiation bottom-line
- Assisting the capacity manager to meet the aims of capacity
management. This includes such tasks as: Defining and analyzing need for
capacity; Designing and drafting capacity plan; Generating capacity
report and Generating capacity optimization plan
- Providing support for a number of internal technical groups. The list include: BPO team; IMS team and AMS team
- Maintenance, change deployment, trouble-shooting, covering
Database, Networks, Servers, application development, business process
handling.
- Dealing with the final physical delivery of the service implementation; coordinating release documentation and communications
- Planning the deployment in conjunction with change and knowledge management and service asset and configuration management
- Providing technical and application guidance and support throughout the release process, including known errors and workarounds.

Job Title: Database Administrator
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor the critical database systems and ensure minimum downtime
- Maintenance and improvement of databases including installation, configuration, upgrade, patches and bug fixes
- Performance tuning, including database/query tuning and re-writing SQLs
- Database development including writing and reviewing stored procedures
- Plan and execute Backup and recovery including disaster recovery and replication
- Database refreshes, data masking and schema patches

- Advanced Windows server administration, security and

- Administer the IT storage infrastructure including provisioning

Job Title: DC Facility Management Leader
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The DC facility leader will manage the team to complete the following service:
- Preparing physical facilities in line with industry best practices and Customer guidelines (ISO Standards and DCIM Standards).
- Co-ordinating the resolution of raised floor equipment.
- Managing and monitoring of power/cooling for the respective facilities.
- Implementing effective energy management schemes to reduce
environmental costs related to fuel, electricity & cooling, with
demonstrable reductions in costs.
- Conducting data centre and rack space planning including rack placement and floor plan design for existing and new data centers.
- Developing and Maintaining physical configuration plan for the infrastructure assets
- Manage and co-ordinate equipment install/moves and changes to all hardware.

Job Title: EUS Support Leader
Location: Lagos
Job Description
The leader will manage the team to complete the following service:
- Troubleshoot and resolve network access and server issues.
- Proactively assist in service desk duties, supporting printers,
hardware, software and related technical issues at the desk side.
- Install and configure operating systems and other business related software on End User computing devices.
- Ensure all client applications are at the current software patch
levels in line with the Customer's Enterprise software Update policy.
- Configure, set up and troubleshoot e-mail access.
